Greg and his team were absolutely fantastic! Quick to respond, communicated effectively, friendly, and was always on time! Moreover, Greg was able to provide solutions for a job that required some custom retrofitting and even welding - specifically, installing a smart lock on an industrial door that other locksmiths said "couldn't be done"! I googled a reliable locksmith during an emergency at my workplace/barbershop I was running behind schedule and I got locked inside stuck!!! with customers trying to come inside so I called them and they sent a professional technician named rich I explained to him my situation and he arrived faster than what I expect and fix my problem and explained word by word what’s was wrong with an affordable quote!!! Very very bad experience with the company my new garage door Chamberlain motor was installed on Sunday November 22 they arrived at 930 and left at 11 am charged $600 cash didn’t provide a receipt nor warranty for the motor. Daily calls to company with no response or satisfaction always told that they are going to stop to check the door that’s constantly open now putting or house in danger of being rob . The worse customer service this people are scamming customers never never go to them The motor cost only $234 at Home Depot over priced by them to the tune of $600 cash . Again be aware of these scammers
